To respond to you. To keep the record of access requests and self-certifications that we maintain for the offering. To decide whether and how to continue a conversation about an investment.

Service providers that host this site and deliver our email. If you continue toward an investment, the fund administrator, broker-dealer and other providers who onboard and verify investors on the fund's behalf. Regulators and others where the law requires it.

We do not sell your information.

Keeping and deleting it
